Service Description

Trust Points, a service of Closing Advantage, LLC, provides personalized video creation and consent-based SMS delivery for home-services contractors and their customers. By using or accessing Trust Points, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

Clients agree to use the service only for lawful, consent-based communication tied to genuine business relationships and appointments. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier messaging requirements. The service may not be used to send unsolicited messages, to deceive recipients, or for any unlawful purpose.

Consent

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all recipients have provided prior express consent to receive text messages before those messages are sent on the client’s behalf. Recipients may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests will be honored promptly.

No Guarantee of Results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Closing Advantage, LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, message delivery rates, or uninterrupted service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Closing Advantage, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
